Why a robot

Cleaner floors. Hours back.

The nightly floor pass is the most repetitive job in a building. A robot does it the same way every time, and your team spends those hours on work that needs a person.

A CleaniBot S55 Pro cleaning a long, bright corridor

Hours back for your team

Damp-mopping by hand takes about 13 minutes per 1,000 sq ft, after the dust mop.1 On 20,000 sq ft of hallway, that's more than four staff hours a night.

Fresh water on every pass

The scrubbers put down clean water and vacuum the dirty water into a separate tank, so they aren't spreading what they pick up. The floor is close to dry behind them.

The same job every night

Each robot follows its mapped route on a set schedule and logs every run, so there's a record of what was cleaned and when.

Quiet enough for open hours

The S55 Pro is rated at 55 dB, quieter than normal conversation,2 so it can run while people are in the building.

The lineup

Four robots. One for every floor.

TerraRobotix is an authorized OrionStar dealer and can supply any CleaniBot model. Three questions give you a starting point, and the cards below show what sets each robot apart.

Common questions

What facility teams ask us

Is the robot meant to replace our custodians?

No. It takes the nightly floor pass, the most repetitive job on the list, so your team can spend those hours on restrooms, high-touch surfaces, setups and repairs.

Does it disinfect?

No. The robots clean floors: they scrub with fresh water and pick the dirty water back up, or vacuum and dust-mop. They don't replace your disinfection routine. They free up time for it.

What does our staff have to do?

A short daily check: empty the waste tank or dust bin and rinse the brushes. On the S55 Pro they also refill the clean water, which the M1 and C5 stations handle on their own. We train your team on setup day and time the check during the trial.

Is it safe around students and staff?

Each model uses sensors to detect people and obstacles, slow down and go around them. Most buildings run the robots after hours. The S55 Pro is quiet enough to work while people are around.

Can it clean more than one floor?

Yes. Each floor gets its own map. We plan with you how the robot moves between floors, or whether a second robot makes more sense.

What does it cost?

On a service plan, you pay one set monthly fee that covers the robot, setup, mapping, service visits, parts and consumables. Purchase pricing is available on request. Both depend on floor area and layout, so we quote after a walk-through.

Can we try it first?

Yes. We run one robot on floors we pick together for four weeks, free. You can stop at any point and we take it away.

Who services it?

TerraRobotix, from Tulsa. We're an authorized OrionStar dealer, and the same team runs robotic mowing fleets for campuses, parks and cemeteries across the Tulsa area.
