1. About TerraRobotix

TerraRobotix is an autonomous turf management company that deploys, monitors, and maintains robotic mowing fleets for commercial properties under the TRX Fleet System platform. We also sell autonomous mowing equipment and provide setup, configuration, and service programs. These Terms govern your use of our website and any services you engage from us.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam

3. Consultation Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a consultation request through our website does not create a binding service agreement. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements executed between TerraRobotix and the client. Information provided in consultation requests is used solely to assess your property and respond to your inquiry.

4. TRX Managed Service Agreements

The TRX Fleet System managed service is provided under separate performance-based service agreements. Those agreements contain the specific terms governing deployment, uptime guarantees, maintenance obligations, payment terms, and service levels. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall control.

5. Equipment Sales

Equipment purchases are subject to separate sales agreements and any applicable manufacturer warranties. TerraRobotix acts as an authorized dealer and service provider for FJDynamics, Navimow, and NexMow products. Manufacturer warranties are governed by each manufacturer’s terms. TerraRobotix setup and service programs are governed by separate service agreements.

6. Autonomous Equipment Disclaimer

Autonomous robotic mowing equipment operates without direct human control. While TerraRobotix deploys equipment with safety features including GPS boundaries, obstacle detection, and real-time monitoring, no autonomous system is infallible. By engaging TerraRobotix services, clients acknowledge:

• Autonomous equipment may operate during hours when personnel are not present on-site
• Proper site preparation and boundary configuration is required prior to deployment
• Clients are responsible for informing their staff and visitors that autonomous equipment may be operating on the property
• TerraRobotix is not liable for incidents arising from client failure to follow deployment guidelines or safety protocols

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of TerraRobotix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written consent.

Third-party brand names and logos appearing on this site (FJDynamics, Navimow, NexMow, Yardvarks) are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under applicable trademark guidelines.
